The passerine migration has clearly slowed as it winds down. Given the nearly full leaf-out, I was fortunate to hear and subsequently see a Yellow-billed Cuckoo, which I never would have found had it not been calling. Lone Mourning, Canada and Wilson's Warblers were also found via song. Beyond those handful of birds, the remainder of birds seen this morning at West Deane were residents although admittedly I wasn't at the park all that long.
West Deane park is located in Etobicoke, on the west side of Martin Grove road just north of Rathburn.
