we have been seeing a pair of Upland sandpipers over the last 4 days. they
are near the southeast corner of Panmure Rd and Dwyer hill Rd in west
Carleton(rural west Ottawa).
we were able to get pictures of 1 of them today. we also heard their
distinctive *pulip* call.
they seem to have a nest in that corner of the farmers field.

- also saw a Bobolink and Eastern Kingbird in the same area.
