Greetings Ontbirders The Plegadis ibis found earlier today on Gull island reappeared in the same location at 6:25pm. It was seen flying from this location east at 7:20pm and appeared to go down in woodpile marsh located just east of the High Bluff campground. It is a very suitable roosting spot.
Bill Gilmour To reach Presqu'ile Provincial Park, follow the signs from Brighton. Locations within the Park are shown on a map at the back of a tabloid that is available at the Park gate. Access to the offshore islands is restricted at this time of year to prevent disturbance to the colonial nesting birds there.
