Buff-breasted Sandpiper- 2 Baird's Sandpiper-1 Whitby Harbour, Thursday August 23, at 8:15 AM
A pair of Buff-breasted Sandpipers & 1 Bairds Sandpiper were still present at the bridge this morning. They were both easily seen on the mudflats east of the bridge. Directions: (per Rayfield Pye) exit from the 401 at Brock St. in Whitby (exit # 410) Go south on Brock St. to the bridge. There are mudflats on both sides of the road.
