Hi Ontbirders:

Took a drive down to Scrivens Road to see the earlier reported Black-Bellied
Plovers. Had good looks at some of the adult birds feeding along with some
ducks off Ottawa Beach.

Earlier in the week I had found 3 American Golden Plovers in non-breeding
plumage along that same stretch. Two earlier reported juvenile Black-bellied
Plovers offered great views as well. Couple of days ago, 2 adult Least
Sandpipers were seen feeding with the mentioned overs.

Much of the exposed mudflats from Ottawa Beach to Scrivens that some of us have
enjoyed is now covered in water. There are still a few patches here and there
at Ottawa Beach but have a feeling it'll all be under water later today.
Thanks.

W. Hum.
