On the way home from a stimulating day at Hawk Cliff, I encountered a mostly leucistic Red-tailed Hawk just SW of exit #238 on the 401 today. Not being in a position to stop, I can say only that I saw bright white above and below on the bird (akin to Snowy Owl), with a muted version of the expected red-brown in the tail (indicating an adult bird).
