This afternoon there were at least 800 Cranes on the south side of Levac Road - more were hidden behind a big rock outcrop and trees. On the north side there were 380.
Around the corner on Leclaire Rd there were another 30. Later I had another 5 flying. Directions: Take highway 17 west from Sturgeon Falls and turn left at the Cache Bay sign (third turn) onto Levac Road. The birds were at the far end. For Leclaire, turn left at the end of Levac and then right after about 50 meters.
