Posting for Kevin McLaughlin about a possible adult 'Vega' Gull seen on Saturday (the 29th) at Wheatley Harbour (in the evening, by Kevin McLaughlin, Bill Lamond, and Richard Carr). And again at the tip of Point Pelee by Kevin this morning.
The bird displayed several characters which seem correct for an adult Vega Gull. Identification hasn't been confirmed (photographs need to be taken), however Kevin felt it wise to get the word out.
