Weather: Not much of a start to the day with solid cloud and too much humidity. Eventually, the skies broke out a bit but oo late to really get the flight going today. Temp to a high of 16C. Winds started light from the ENE and then ended up E. Raptor Observations: Just 185 birds today...mostly TVs (131), along with N. Harriers (4), Sharpies (25), Cooper's Hawks (4), Redtails (16)...and a single Osprey. Non-raptor Observations: No report today for non-raptors. Predictions: They're predicting SW winds for the next few days this week so there may be a Peregrine flight along the cliff. ======================================================================== Report submitted by Dave Brown ([email protected]) Hawk Cliff Hawkwatch information may be found at: http://www.ezlink.on.ca/~thebrowns/HawkCliff/index.htm _______________________________________________ ONTBIRDS is presented by the Ontario Field Ornithologists - the provincial birding organization.
