Thanks for the report Kevin.  In Montreal on Monday, a Northern Hawk Owl was 
also reported on Ile du Boucherville Parc on a Quebec rare bird forum.  The 
early sighting made me wonder if these owls might be irrupting down here this 
Fall and Winter.  Normally, in years when they are moving, I do not see these 
owls down here until mid to late November.  Time will tell if these 2 owls are 
an indication that more are on the move down here.
