Thanks for keeping me company guys! Weather: Today's weather was partly cloudy, with a nice North breeze. We were anticipating good hawking weather with this forecast, however, it was a relatively slow day. The winds were in our favor this morning, but unfortunately around 1:30 the winds shifted from North to South West. Raptor Observations: A few strong kettles with a mix of Turkey Vultures, Coopers Hawks, Red- shouldered, and Red-tails. However, they were few and far between. Non-raptor Observations: Predictions: A mainly sunny sky. High 9C. Winds light and variable, with a NE wind. ======================================================================== Report submitted by Bri-Anna Jaksic ([email protected]) Holiday Beach Migration Observatory information may be found at: http://hbmo.org/ _______________________________________________ ONTBIRDS is presented by the Ontario Field Ornithologists - the provincial birding organization.
