Weather:
Much like yesterday, there were sunny skies and moderate temperatures
throughout. Thick fog lingered late into the day as the wind was near
nonexistent. What wind there was was very light and out of the east and
southeast.

Raptor Observations:
Another day of limited movement. The highlight was again a Rough-legged
Hawk, this one a dark morph and much closer.

Non-raptor Observations:
It was a finch-filled morning. Flocks of White-winged Crossbill (20+),
Common Redpoll (15+) and Pine Siskin (110+) all passed overhead and small
numbers of Red Crossbill (2), American Goldfinch (8) and House Finch (12)
were noted as well. Also, Tundra Swans (60+) continue to be detected with
increasing frequency.

Predictions:
Partly sunny with highs in the low 50s, light southeast wind and morning
fog.
