I saw the flock of approximately 10 white-rumped sandpipers and the
unidentified peep at the mudflats outside Presqu'ile, before proceeding to
Presqu'ile where I saw a great blue heron along the marsh boardwalk.

>From Presqu'ile I headed to Prince Edward County. where I saw 2 red-tailed
hawks, one nearby Consecon, another perched on the low-lying trees near
along Babylon Road at Ostrander Point. Slate-coloured juncos and a barred
owl were also seen at Ostrander.

Also seen was a flock of approximately 40 cedar waxwings at Prince Edward
National Wildlife Area.

Prince Edward County is located two and a half hours east of Toronto, south
of Trenton and Belleville.
