Weather:
The snow stopped just in time for the count this morning. The temperature

the sun actually broke through for a while. The winds were strong,
starting out directly out of the south, eventually shifting to the SW.

Raptor Observations:
A total of 18 raptors of 4 species. Red-tails were dominant at 10. 3 Bald
Eagles of varying age flew by. The highlight was a very dark Red-Tailed
hawk that passed just north of the tower offering good looks.

Non-raptor Observations:
Very little movement today. Some highlights included Tundra Swans (157),
Bonaparte's Gulls (36), Am. Goldfinch (19), a few Snow Buntings, and a
single Chipping Sparrow.

Predictions:
Partly cloudy with a low of -1 C and a high of 3 C. Winds out of the W at
