So far it looks like the Waterloo winter gull action is at the (now mostly frozen) stormwater pond just SW of the Victoria/Ira Needles roundabout.
There were easily a few hundred birds this morning, including one adult Lesser Black-backed, and one adult and one 2nd-year Glaucous Gull.
