Raptor Observations: As predicted, the last day of the count went out with a whimper. A juvenile Red-tailed Hawk was waiting for me when I got to the tower and flew west shortly thereafter. At 9:31 a male Northern Harrier flew through. Non-raptor Observations: Finally enough blackbirds to at least bake a pie!
