Further to Ron's post:

The birds are located on a gravel spit due south of a yellow sign warning of
the hunting days.
The sign indicates that Monday is also a hunting day.
You are now able to access Harmony and Farewell directly. The bridgework is
completed.

Subject: [Ontbirds] Three Purple Sandpipers at Darlington Barrier Beach

Laura Tozer reports three Purple Sandpipers and two Dunlin along the beach
between Oshawa Second Marsh and Darlington Provincial Park now.

Directions: From the west, exit 401 at Harmony Road and proceed south on
Farewell to Colonel Sam Drive.

>From the east, there is a detour due to work on the Harmony Bridge over the
401.

You will need to exit at Ritson Road and go south on Ritson to Wentworth and
left on Wentworth.

Wentworth turns into Colonel Sam as it crosses Farewell.

Follow Colonel Sam up to the GM parking lot and walk south to the beach.
