Subject: [Ontbirds] Last Call for 2012 Submissions to OBRC

Last Call for 2012 Submissions to Ontario Bird Records Committee (OBRC).

The OBRC is currently in the process of completing reviews for all 2012
submissions.

If you have yet to submit a Rare Bird Report (or photographs) for a
species you found or observed in 2012, it should be done as soon as
possible.

We note that for some reported rarities, the OBRC has yet to receive any
documentation (or has received limited documentation).

The OBRC prefers that you prepare your own documents, and report
guidelines can be found here:

http://www.ofo.ca/webapp/site/page/view/obrc.guidelines#outline

If an online form is needed, it can be found here:

http://www.ofo.ca/webapp/site/obrcreport

As always, a detailed and complete description of the actual bird is the
most important part of any Rare Bird Report. Additional information
including first and last dates the bird was present, and who may have
found the bird, is also of importance.

All material submitted to the OBRC is eventually archived at the Royal
Ontario Museum (Toronto).

Mark Cranford,
OBRC Secretary
