I searched the area for the Boreal Owl this evening, but was unable to find it 
again. If searching for this bird you have to either jump the gate at end of 
laneway or go in over the fences that are down to get into the sewage lagoon. 
Once your inside you have to make your way to the SE corner of the SE cell & 
look over the edge for a snow covered moved walking trail & follow the rest of 
the directions
 
 
Directions:
The lagoons are located near the NE corner of Stayner. They are accessed from 
Mowat St. N, from either Hwy 26 on the south end or Sideroad 27 & 28 
Nottawasaga on the north end. There's a laneway access from west side of Mowat. 
There is a mowed walking trail access near SE corner of SE cell. Take walking 
trail until you come to the T then turn right on walking trail leading west, 
bird was seen on the western trail about 2000 feet from T
