The Townsends Solitaire is still present just north of Kendal. I observed it this morning at 10:30 in the spruce trees just south of the house at 8671 Langstaff.
Directions from a previous poster: Exit Hwy 401 at Hwy 115/35, then exit 115/35 at the town of Kirby(Durham Rd. 9). Drive east on Ganaraska Road about 8 km, then turn left (north) on Langstaff Road. Langstaff is the second road past Newtonville Rd. Drive past Thertell Road to green number 8671 on the east side of Langstaff Road.
