There are currently two Snow Geese on Staines Pond, along with a few hundred Canada Geese. Earlier in the afternoon, I saw approximately 25 Wild Turkeys in the corn stubble south of Steeles Ave., in between Sewell's Road and Reesor Road. Canada Geese and Mallards were feeding alongside them. Staines Pond can be viewed from Staines Road, two hundred metres or so east of its intersection with Morningside Ave. in Scarborough.
