Six Gray Jays were observed in Algonquin Park yesterday along Basin Depot Road, two jays at the Basin Cabin, three jays 1.5 km's south of the Hydro line and one other at the Buck Lake campsite.
Later in the afternoon on my way out of the park, an adult Bald Eagle was seen soaring over Eganville inline with the Bonnechere River.
