The 11 Greater White-fronted Geese were at the head of Fawn Island this morning south of Sombra. They have been hanging around the last couple of days. They fly around a bit, so some searching may be needed. A record high for the Wallaceburg birding area! Directions: Find highway 40 between Wallacdburg and Sarnia a head west on Lambton R. 2 (Bentpath Line). \Turn south on St. Clair Parkway and go one concession south. Fawn Island is on your right.
