There was a single greater white-fronted goose at Narrows Lock today at 1PM. It 
was among the ~550 Canada geese. All the geese are close enough to shore that a 
scope is not absolutely necessary. There was also an assortment of other common 
waterfowl.

Also of note was a two day old white-tailed deer carcass on the ice that is 
attracting bald eagles, common ravens and American crows.

Directions: From Kingston, go north on Highway 15 to Crosby. Turn west on 
County Road 42. Immediately turn north on Narrows Lock Road. Follow this road 
to Narrows Lock, about 6 km. The waterfowl and deer carcass can be viewed from 
the lock station.
