The Tundra Swans (50# or so) were still in the Lynde Shores Marsh this Monday
morning.

Best seen from the east side of the marsh, from the Whitby Shores
neighbourhood.

Directions as before:

401 to Brock Street, Whitby, south.
West on Victoria, to Seaboard Gate.
South on Seaboard Gate, turn right on Whitby Shores Greenway.
Follow Whitby Shores Greenway around until Coastview Crescent. Park on
the street, look south into the marsh.

Swans are visible easily with binoculars, although a scope will help.

Canada Geese, and various ducks also within the marsh area.

Good birding,
