Norm Murr and Jay Peterson just phoned me and asked me to alert birders that they were just observing a Say's Phoebe on Centre Island. It's on the south side of the New Island School and spends quite a bit of its time flying to the ground.
The ferries to Centre Island leave from the foot of Bay Street in Toronto. Once on the Islands, walk west to get to the New School, which is just before the fenced-off Filtration Plant.
