Afternoon birders,

A number of interesting new birds were found and reported this afternoon
around Rondeau.

My guided hike group found a Yellow-throated Vireo on Bennett Road and a
Hooded Warbler on Spicebush Trail, 1 of 2 being seen there today in
addition to one on South Point trail.

One of the two continuing Yellow-throated Warblers was seen again at the
Mcarthurs' cottage.

A hybrid, Lawrence's Warbler was a highlight this afternoon seen by a group
on Bennett Rd. near the middle of the 3 benches.

Other notable sightings around the park include White-eyed Vireos at a few
locations including one behind the Visitor Centre bird feeder and several
on South Point Trail, where Blue-winged Warbler was also seen. 15 species
of warblers have been reported so far today.

Finally, a Brewster's warbler was seen last evening on South Point trail.

Thank you to everyone who contributed sightings and please continue to do
so at the Visitor Centre.
