The Ross's Goose and Cackling Goose reported by Mark Gawn and Jen Spallin yesterday at the Alfred Lagoons were both still present today in the east cell, well hidden among thousands of Snow and Canada Geese. Also present: a pair of Blue-winged Teal, many Ruddy Ducks, Redheads and Lesser Scaup, plus Northern Shovelers, Gadwall, American Wigeon, Ring-necked and Wood Ducks, Green-winged Teal, Coots and Gallinules, Pied-billed Grebes, and a Raven getting its butt kicked by Red-winged Blackbirds.
