Hello,
WildResearch is organizing its next pelagic birding trip! This year's
trip will depart from Ucluelet on the Sunday the 15th September 2013. We
will be using is the M.V. Frances Barkley, a 39m (128ft), 300 ton
coastal freighter; a perfect platform for comfortable viewing of pelagic
birds. The cost per person is $200 (before 1 August) and participants
will also need a current WildResearch membership. There is room for 90
participants on the ship and there are currently 69 seats still available.
This trip is WildResearch's major fund raising event, and funds raise
will be spent on our avian monitoring programs like Iona Island Bird
Observatory.
