Could anyone please give me advise re: resuscitating a chimney swift with apparent heat stroke? He was near death on the ground, but I've got him in a shoe box and he's taking some water and getting feisty....seems to prefer water over Gatorade...
I'm wondering how long to keep in cool in the box before giving him a chance for release? Food?
