The Eared Grebe was observed at the South end of Lagoon 3, from
6:15-7:30pm. Hanging tight to 5 Ruddy Ducks, and too far for a decent photo
unfortunately. I only managed one very poor phone-digiscoped shot, not
worthy of embedding into the eBird checklist. (It is *just* discernible
with use of a hand lens...!).

Lagoons 1 and 2 have excellent shorebird habitat, and 11 species were
tallied.

Port Stanley Lagoons are located on Scotch Line, a few kilometers NW of the
town of Port Stanley. Due south from London/St. Thomas on the shore of
Lake Erie.
