Hi all, on my way to Toronto at 5pm this evening via car, saw approx. 20 Rough Legged Hawks with at least 1 light phase. They were flying west, over the Queensway approx. 1 mile west of High Park and not very high above the road. Very unusual sight (for me). Cheers, Ian
