Subject: [GeneseeBirds-L] Brown Booby in Lowbanks, Ontario - Update

At 9:25 this morning I received a cell phone call from Kayo Roy that the BROWN 
BOOBY, which had been sitting on rocks just a few feet from the road in 
Lowbanks, Ontario, had just flown off, heading out into the lake and toward 
Rock Point Provincial Park (that is, away from Buffalo).  The bird was thought 
to be moribund and the observers there were desperately trying to find a 
rehabilitator who could help the bird.  Perhaps it has a few more hours of life 
yet…
