We spotted four snow geese and a Ross's goose at the pond at the intersection of County Rds 8 and 9, south of Napanee this morning. The area where we spotted the pelican yesterday froze over last night and consequently there were no birds there. Hay Bay is starting to freeze over as well but we did manage to find a few tundra swans.
