The temperature started off at -6.2C and warmed up to -2C.The winds were light to moderate predominately out of the SSE. There was a constantly declining Barometric Pressure from 30.37 in Hg at the start of the count to 30.29 in Hg at the end of the count. Raptor Observations: A slow day with only 7 raptors of 3 species. Non-raptor Observations: Tundra Swan - 7; Northern Pintail - 18; Northern Flicker - 1; American Crow - 1; and, a flock of 36 all male Red-winged Blackbirds. Predictions: The forecast for Friday, November 29 is for a mostly sunny day with temperatures from -7C rising to 0. Winds are predicted to be out of the NW at 10 - 15 km/hr.
