There was an immature male King Eider near the foot of Miles Road, just west of 
Humber Bay park.   He was a few feet from shore until the ~3000 scaup took 
flight and spooked him.

Most of the scaup flew west (toward Sam Smith?), but some flew east.  I no 
longer see the eider.
