A Great Gray Owl was seen today east of Wellington in Prince Edward County. The bird was seen along Highway 33 between Bloomfield and Wellington, near the big red barn event facility known as Fields on West Lake. The owl was perched on a hydro pole on the north side of the highway.
DIRECTIONS: Take Highway 33 from Carrying Place to Wellington, or Highway 62 from Belleville to Bloomfield, then west on Highway 33. Can`t miss it – the barn, that is, not so sure about the owl, so hopefully it will stay in the area for awhile.
