I realize that Common Ravens are becoming an increasing part of Southern Ontario bird reports, but I was completely surprised to see a pair of ravens swooping at one another this morning as I was stopped in traffic at Dupont and Christie Ave. in mid-town Toronto. There is some "forest" just north of there, but they were definitely in an area of residential homes and commercial buildings in a far from typical setting. Interesting!
