Birders,

While searching a vast expanse of agricultural land following up on Jon
ruddys Jan 9th report of gray partridges on moodie drive in Ottawa west,
Lisa Teskey and I have discovered and photographed a group of 12 gray
partridges about 500 meters north of where Jon reported. We are viewing
them at house 4184 from the road. There is a small corn stalk row just
north of the driveway and they are huddled in here and are also feeding on
driveway.

>From moodie and brophy travel north about 1 k to house with green marker
4184 moodie. Check the corn stalks beside the driveway. The birds are
giving a funny grating chuckle call also.
