Hi all,

This morning just after 9:30 am I found a group of 4 Greater White-fronted
Goose sitting among Mallard and Black Duck in a small area of open water in
Orillia. The birds were south of the bridge that passes over the creek running
out of the Orillia Waste Water Treatment Plant.

Directions: From Hwy.11 go east on Hwy.12 and take a right (south) on Water St.
S. From there turn right (west) on Kitchener St. and stay left onto the WDS
Access Rd. You will see a small bridge running over a creek. Park just before
the bridge. The birds can be observed by standing on the bridge deck.

Good birding,

Dave Szmyr
