I decided to check out Gil Maure park in LaSalle at noon time.

2 Red-necked Grebes were present.
There was also a huge raft of ducks, mainly Canvasbacks but Greater Scaup and 
Redheads in the mix.  At least 1000 total.  
Common Goldeneyes and Common mergansers were there as well.

2 Bald Eagles were present … one adult and one immature.
