The Red-necked Grebes nesting in Bronte Harbour have five eggs as of this
afternoon. I have posted a couple of photos showing the eggs on my Flickr site.

Directions: Exit the QEW at Bronte Road (Oakville) and go south to the lake.
Turn left at Ontario St. when Bronte Road ends. Go just east of the
restaurant/banquet hall. The nest is on a floating tire near shore. A second
tire has been placed just west of the picnic dock nearby but there is no sign
of any grebe interest yet.

The area is served by Oakville Transit routes 2 and 14 from the Bronte and
Oakville GO Stations respectively.
