This afternoon, just before the big thunderstorm moved in, I saw one Red Knot, 
one Am Golden Plover, 11 Black-bellied Plovers and 4 Semipalmated Plovers.
 
Directions:
Go to the shoreline of Oliphant, then go north on Shoreline Ave, park at 433 
and 469 and walk out towards the lake. This afternoon the water was quite high 
and the shorebird were close to the road in the grass, but not easily visible.
