cirrus and a smattering of puffy white clouds. The wind was light and
mostly out of the north and northeast.

Raptor Observations:
Turkey Vultures continued their southward march, streaming past out over
the lake throughout the afternoon. In addition to the vultures, Cooper's
Hawks asserted themselves more fully, Broad-winged Hawks were seen in solid
numbers for this late into October and Red-tailed Hawks continued their
uptick in activity. Other species remained mostly quiet, though, despite
seemingly favorable conditions.

Non-raptor Observations:
Blue Jay (30000+), American Crow (8)

Predictions:
Sunny and clear with moderate north wind.
