Just as an update for any Toronto area birders, I'm now at the river mouth at Humber Bay West near Parklawn & Lakeshore Blvd. I've been here for about 20-25 minutes or so and I've only had one (an intermediate morph parasitic) of the four jaegers sp. I spotted earlier from Sam Smith Park.
A fair amount of gull activity though, scanning anywhere from the Toronto Islands to my vantage point.
