  The Buffalo Bird Report is a service provided by your
  Buffalo Museum of Science and the Buffalo Ornithological
  Society. To contact the Science Museum, call 896-5200. Press
  the pound key to report sightings before the end of this
  report.

  Highlights of reports contributed October 23 through October
  30 from the Niagara Frontier Region.

  A late LINCOLN'S SPARROW, October 29, on the west side of
  Two Mile Creek Road in the Town of Tonawanda. Also along the
  road, 11 AMER. TREE SPARROWS and 4 FOX SPARROWS, plus 5 RED-
  BELLIED WDPKRS., EASTERN PHOEBE, 19 TUFTED TITMICE, GOLDEN-
  CR. KINGLET, RUBY-CR. KINGLET, 4 EASTERN BLUEBIRDS, SWAMP
  SPARROW, WHITE-THR. SPARROW, and 7 TUNDRA SWANS overhead.

  Also in Tonawanda, multiple sightings of a MERLIN, residing
  in the Brighton Road area.

  October 29, SNOW BUNTINGS first noted at the Dunkirk Harbor
  pier, along with COMMON LOON, HORNED GREBE and numbers of
  BONAPARTE'S GULLS.

  On the Buffalo waterfront, LITTLE GULL and COMMON TERN among
  BONAPARTE'S GULLS off LaSalle Park, and at Donnelly's Pier,
  abundant D.-CREST. CORMORANTS and small numbers of BLACK
  SCOTERS and SCAUP.

  Other reports this week - a juvenile NORTHERN GOSHAWK at
  Center and Mezzio Roads in the Chautauqua County Town of
  Sheridan. And, a BALD EAGLE over Delaware Avenue in Buffalo.

  The Bird Report will be updated Thursday evening,
