Apologies for the late posting — last Sunday afternoon I had a Nashville Warbler at Leslie St. Spit, about 200m south of the kiosk in some bushes on the west side.
I’m posting now in case this is of interest for local seasonal record keepers. I had about 15-20 Snow Buntings further south on the spit as well. Directions: Leslie St. Spit is at the base of Leslie St., only open on weekends. Note that recent road construction means you may have to access the area via Carlaw (off Lakeshore) then Commissioners. _______________________________________________ ONTBIRDS is presented by the Ontario Field Ornithologists - the provincial birding organization.
