I just found a juvenile/ female Harlequin Duck in the canal at the far end of the Port Dover pier right in front of the parking area. It was swimming very close to the parking lot loosely associating with a small group of Buffleheads. Some crappy record shots taken.
Port Dover is located on HWY 6, 45 min southwest of Hamilton. Directions to the Port Dover pier: http://goo.gl/maps/dCeWB Good Birding!
