Snowy Owl seen on Wellington County Road 14 about half way between Arthur and Conn. The bird was an immaculate white all over. Perched on a hydro pole near houses with 9300 fire number. Observed at 2:00 pm this afternoon for about 5 minutes and still there when I left.
