Sorry for the late posting, but I am still getting results in from some of the 35 parties on our Count.
One of the reports that came in today and from whom I did not even hear of this bird on Count day, included a Killdeer. It was located in Greenway Park along the Thames River, west of Wharncliffe Road on Horton Street/Springbank Drive. It was found along the river shore, near the large Rail bridge which crosses the river. If it is re-found, hopefully people will give us more directions to this interesting wintering bird.
